Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in BIM management and implementation within the construction industry.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and Solibri.
• Strong understanding of IFC standards and other interoperability protocols.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce BIM standards and execution plans.
• Experience with 4D/5D BIM (scheduling and cost integration) is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
