Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Aviation Compliance Officer for a fully remote role. You will ensure adherence to national and international aviation regulations, manage the compliance program, and guide staff on best practices while maintaining licenses.

You’ll lead audits, regulatory filings, and liaison activities with authorities, auditors, and external partners, shaping policy and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation-related field.
• 8+ years in aviation compliance or regulatory affairs.
• 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Extensive knowledge of SACAA, EASA, FAA, ICAO.
• Proficiency with compliance software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the aviation compliance system.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on operations.
• Conduct internal audits and verify regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings as required.
• Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training on aviation regulation.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain records of compliance activities, audits, and training.
• Contribute to policies to ensure ongoing compliance.
