Placements24 seeks a meticulous Remote Aviation Regulatory Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory adherence for a distinguished aviation organization. The role is fully remote, enabling compliance management from anywhere with strong emphasis on aviation law and policy interpretation.

You will monitor regulations, update policies, conduct audits, and liaise with authorities to ensure license integrity and ongoing conformity with international standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in law, aviation management, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in aviation regulatory compliance or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of national and international aviation regulations and standards.
• Strong understanding of aviation operations, safety management systems, and QA principles.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and interpret aviation regulations (SACAA, EASA, FAA, ICAO).
• Develop and maintain policies to align with regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits and assess compliance status for gaps.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation and reports.
• Liaise with authorities and manage audits or inspections.
• Advise management on regulatory requirements and impacts of new legislation.
• Develop and implement regulatory compliance training for personnel.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry best practices.
