Placements24 is seeking a Remote Aviation Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to aviation regulations and industry standards from a home office. You will conduct audits, develop compliance programs, and advise stakeholders to maintain safety and legality of operations.

This remote-first role requires expertise in aviation law, regulatory frameworks, and auditing, with a focus on flexible, compliant operations from anywhere, including Rustenburg.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation compliance, regulation, or safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with aviation auditing and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using compliance management software and standard office tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and manage aviation compliance programs and policies across the organization.
• Conduct regular internal audits to assess adherence to aviation regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA, SACAA).
• Investigate compliance deviations, recommend corrective actions, and track their implementation.
• Stay updated on changes in aviation legislation and advise the company on necessary adjustments.
• Prepare compliance reports for regulatory bodies and internal management.
• Provide training and guidance to personnel on compliance requirements and best practices.
