Placements24 is seeking a Senior Aviation Compliance Officer to join our expanding remote team in South Africa. You will ensure adherence to ICAO, SACAA, and related regulations while developing compliance strategies and conducting audits from a home office.

You will lead risk assessments, provide expert guidance to departments, and train staff on safety management systems, with flexible hours and a strong focus on regulatory excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of aviation compliance experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ICAO, SACAA, and related regulations.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing SMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Law, or related field.

• Develop, implement, and maintain aviation compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct internal audits of procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Investigate compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
