Placements24 is seeking a Senior Asset Integrity Engineer for a fully remote role focused on offshore and onshore energy facilities. The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across global projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

The ideal candidate will drive RBI, FFS, corrosion management, and materials selection in a distributed team. You will manage inspection data, analytics, and training, while coordinating with operations and engineering to maintain asset integrity

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related engineering field.
• 8+ years in asset integrity engineering, Oil & Gas or related heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of corrosion mechanisms, RBI, NDT, and FFS (API 579/ASME FFS-1).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset integrity management strategies.
• Oversee RBI and FFS assessments for critical equipment.
• Lead corrosion control programs and materials selection.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Manage inspection data and use analytics to predict degradation and plan maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to resolve integrity issues.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Contribute to training and development within the team.
