Placements24 is seeking a Senior Research Scientist specializing in Analytical Development to join their remote-first R&D team. This role focuses on developing and validating analytical methods for novel products, characterizing attributes, ensuring quality, and supporting regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD required in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in analytical method development and validation in an R&D setting.
• Expertise with analytical instruments and software.
• Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and analytical validation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and validate analytical methods using HPLC, GC, MS, spectroscopy, and dissolution testing.
• Characterize materials and products to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot analytical issues and support manufacturing and QA.
• Author validation reports and contribute to regulatory filings.
• Stay current with literature and emerging analytical technologies.
