Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to open doors and build a strong pipeline across South Africa. You will research target accounts, identify decision makers and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.

You'll use LinkedIn, SalesLoft and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean records and contribute to a high-velocity sales process from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
