Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will source ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and book qualified discovery calls while representing Blacksmith with thoughtful outreach.

This full-time, remote role requires 2 years of SDR or BDR experience, strong written communication, and familiarity with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar experience.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalise outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimise targeting and feedback loops with the sales team.
