Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research, source, and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This remote, full-time role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR capacity, along with strong written communication and familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 2 years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and refine targeting with the sales team.
