Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You will craft thoughtful outbound sequences and maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

This remote SA role requires 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, strong written communication, and familiarity with LinkedIn tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Competenze

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
