Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. This role focuses on first impressions and highly targeted outreach to convert prospects into opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable with Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
