Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers. You’ll create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients, using thoughtful outreach with tools like LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
Strong written communication; ability to personalize outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools: Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo.
Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
