Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to join our South Africa team. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, building contact lists and booking initial meetings with decision makers.

You will use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach at scale, maintain clean CRM records, and collaborate with Account Executives to tighten the feedback loop and drive pipeline.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
