Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is seeking Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is not about spamming, but thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role, agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with a quota are welcome.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalise outreach.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
