Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching and booking meetings with decision makers, and creating the first impression for Blacksmith Agency with potential clients.

This is a remote role (South Africa) focusing on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, and Salesforce to achieve volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
