Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own the top of the funnel across South Africa. You will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touchpoints. Remote work in South Africa is supported, with strong emphasis on thoughtful outreach and pattern

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and managing your own pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
