Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who will open doors and drive pipeline. You own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This is a full-time remote role based in South Africa, requiring thoughtful outreach and mastery of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to achieve volume targets

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and CRMs (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team
