Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Inside Sales Representative, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

You will work remotely within SA, connect with leads via email, LinkedIn and phone, and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in an SDR or BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
