Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Inside SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach over mass messaging, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency environment.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and messaging.
• Experience with outbound prospecting tools and CRMs.

Mansioni

• Research ideal accounts and build target lists.
• Identify decision makers and compile accurate contact details.
• Execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain and clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
