Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing and booking meetings with decision makers, while representing Blacksmith to potential clients.

This is remote in South Africa, with a focus on thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce. You will craft personalized outreach, identify decision makers, and manage your own prospecting

Qualifikationen

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
