Ideal candidates have 2+ years in SDR/BDR roles, strong written skills, and experience with outbound tools and CRM systems. The role is remote within South Africa and focuses on thoughtful outreach and high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role with quota.
• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Experience using Salesforce and managing pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and provide feedback to sales team.
