Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel—researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and presenting Blacksmith Agency to potential clients with thoughtful outreach.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while keeping touchpoints high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
