Job summary

Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring Sales Development Representatives who will own the top of the funnel—researching accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outbound sequences, maintain clean CRM records, and help drive the early pipeline. This is a full-time remote role across South Africa with a focus on high-quality outreach and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
