Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus)
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach
• Experience with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and Salesforce
• Able to manage your own pipeline and keep clean records
• Gritty, curious and coachable

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
