Blacksmith Agency is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to open doors across South Africa. You will research target accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls to fuel our sales pipeline and create the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

This full-time remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar is preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
