You will craft thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce, and you’ll represent Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

In this remote SA role, you’ll build targeted contact lists, nurture prospects, and maintain accurate records to drive pipeline for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS experience preferred.
• Ability to personalize outreach and write clearly.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
