Blacksmith Agency is seeking proactive Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. In this role, you will research target accounts, identify key decision makers, and book first meetings, creating the initial impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

You will use LinkedIn, email, and phone to execute personalized outbound sequences, maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and collaborate with Account Executives to hit volume

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR or BDR role (or similar).
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilités

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
