Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is looking for Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers, and booking qualified discovery calls while presenting Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an SDR/BDR role or similar
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach
• Familiar with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo) and Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team
