Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel— researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers while shaping Blacksmith’s first impression for potential clients.

As a remote SDR, you’ll leverage tools like LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS desired.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and tighten feedback with the sales team.
