Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Inside Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, making the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you’ll use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume targets while maintaining high quality outreach and clean CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.
• Ability to manage your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalised outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
