Blacksmith Agency is expanding its sales team across South Africa, seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative to open doors and build pipeline. You will own top-of-funnel research, contact discovery, and initial meetings with qualified decision makers, shaping the first impression of Blacksmith for potential clients.

In this remote SA role, you’ll craft personalized outreach, manage your own pipeline in Salesforce/SalesLoft, and collaborate with account executives to refine messaging

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executors.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
