As SDR, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role emphasizes thoughtful outreach, pattern recognition, and smart communication, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or SaaS/agency selling.
• Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach.
• Strong written communication and multi-channel outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM.
• Self-motivated, coachable and resilient.

Responsibilities

• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
