Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are ready to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching, sourcing, and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This role involves thoughtful outreach using LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality touches.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a similar SDR/BDR role or SaaS/agency background preferred.
• Strong written communication with ability to tailor outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
