Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking Sales Development Representatives across South Africa to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in SDR/BDR roles, experience with outbound outreach, and familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo or similar tools. Remote work within SA and a growth-minded team await.

Qualifications

2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
Proven written communication and ability to personalise outreach.
Familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsibilities

Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
