Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience with quota attainment.
• Prior SDR/BDR experience in an agency or SaaS environment is a plus.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach across channels.
• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Comfort with outbound tools and sales software stack.

Aufgaben

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
