Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Sales Development Representative across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel by researching ideal accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls, while maintaining clean Salesforce records and achieving pipeline targets.

Proficiency with outbound tools and strong written communication are essential. Remote work within South Africa is supported and you will collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools (Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing own pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
