Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management, compliance, or a related health and safety role.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
• In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food safety standards (e.g., HACCP), and relevant health regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update sanitation policies and procedures in alignment with national and international health regulations.
• Design and deliver engaging sanitation training modules for employees at all levels, utilizing virtual platforms.
• Conduct remote audits and risk assessments of sanitation practices across various business units, identifying areas for improvement.
• Monitor compliance with established sanitation standards and provide guidance to site-specific teams.
• Investigate sanitation-related incidents or complaints, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes in sanitation and public health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sanitation best practices into daily workflows.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance status, audit findings, and training effectiveness for senior management.
