Placements24 is seeking a Senior Sanitation & Hygiene Compliance Lead to establish and oversee our global sanitation and hygiene framework in a remote-first capacity. You will shape policies, drive compliance across sites, and guide a geographically diverse team from your home office.

The role requires deep knowledge of international health and safety standards (WHO, HACCP, ISO), strong strategic planning, and experience managing remote teams. Travel for critical audits may be required.

Formación

• Minimum of 7 years in sanitation management or hygiene compliance with global scope.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Microbiology, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of WHO, HACCP, ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading remote teams and managing global operations.
• CIH certification is desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain global sanitation and hygiene policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with international, national, and local health and safety regulations.
• Conduct remote audits and risk assessments of sites to identify gaps.
• Develop training programs for site managers and staff.
• Provide guidance to operational teams on hygiene matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
• Analyze sanitation data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of hygiene specialists.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, and legal to integrate hygiene compliance into processes.
• Prepare reports for senior management on compliance status and risks.
