Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Sanitation Compliance Officer for a fully remote role. You will develop and monitor sanitation policies, deliver remote training, and conduct virtual audits across diverse sites to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and deep knowledge of sanitation protocols including HACCP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and digital documentation systems.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management, compliance, or a related health and safety role.
Ability to design and deliver remote sanitation training.

Responsibilities

Develop, review, and update sanitation policies and procedures in alignment with health regulations.
Design and deliver sanitation training modules via virtual platforms.
Conduct remote audits and risk assessments of sanitation practices across units.
Monitor compliance and guide site-specific teams.
Investigate sanitation incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Stay updated on sanitation trends and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with operations, QA, and HR to integrate sanitation best practices.
Prepare reports on compliance status and training effectiveness.
