Placements24 is seeking a Remote Sanitation Compliance Officer to ensure global hygiene standards are met across all operations. You will develop, audit, and enforce sanitation protocols from your home office.

This role requires 5+ years in sanitation or regulatory compliance, knowledge of WHO/CDC guidelines, and strong remote collaboration skills. You will report to senior management and guide on-site teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Health, Public Health, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sanitation management, hygiene, or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of global health and safety regulations (e.g., WHO, CDC).
• Ability to conduct thorough audits and develop actionable compliance plans.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and digital documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine sanitation policies and procedures in line with international health regulations and best practices.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments of operational sites to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.
• Investigate sanitation-related incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training materials to on-site teams regarding sanitation protocols and hygiene practices.
• Maintain documentation of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Stay abreast of evolving health regulations and industry trends impacting sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and legal departments.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on sanitation compliance status and areas for improvement.
• Utilize digital tools for communication, documentation, and remote monitoring.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sanitation and hygiene practices.
