We’re looking for an experienced, commercially driven sales professional.

This is a hands-on, target-driven sales role for someone who enjoys negotiating, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and closing high-value deals.

You won’t be making cold calls. You’ll work with warm investor leads and an established network of potential buyers, with full training provided.

What you will be doing:

• Engage with qualified investor leads
• Build strong relationships with investors, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Present UK property investment opportunities confidently and clearly.
• Identify investor needs and match them with suitable opportunities.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and move prospects towards a decision.
• Create urgency around suitable opportunities without compromising trust.
• Follow up consistently to keep active deals progressing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal progress.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute directly to company revenue.

The objective is simple: convert investor interest into business. We need someone who can take ownership of the sales process and consistently work towards closing deals.

Who we're looking for:

You should have at least 1-2 years of sales experience.

Experience in any of the following industries would be valuable:

• Property or real estate
• Investment or financial services
• B2B or high-ticket sales
• Forex or insurance
• Recruitment or other target-driven sales environments

You should also have:

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Confidence communicating with investors and senior decision-makers.
• The ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Excellent objection-handling and follow-up skills.
• A commercially minded approach to identifying opportunities.
• Resilience when facing rejection and the ability to perform under pressure.
• A competitive, self-motivated attitude and a genuine desire to increase your earnings.
