Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in SaaS or agency settings.
• Proven ability to research accounts, identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Experience crafting personalized outbound sequences and booking qualified meetings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
