Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects.

This is a remote, full-time position based in South Africa. You will use LinkedIn, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft personalized outreach, maintain clean CRM records and support Account Executives with discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
