Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research ideal accounts, identify decision makers, and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives, while maintaining clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

This remote role requires 2 years in SDR/BDR, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar.
• Proven ability to write clearly and personalize outreach.
• Experience using outbound tools to source and contact prospects.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops.
