Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking meetings with qualified prospects for our client services team.

You will craft personalized outreach using LinkedIn, email and phone, maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft, and continuously test messaging to improve targeting and hit volume goals with

Qualifications

• 2 years in SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus)
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
