Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills are critical.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel and email is expected.
• Ability to manage administration and reporting tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure.
• Ability to manage guest/student welfare, safety and emergencies.
