Job summary

MPRTC seeks a hospitality professional with leadership experience for on-site lodge or safari camp operations. The role emphasizes guest-facing service, meticulous administration, and the ability to manage safety and welfare in a remote setting.

Applicants should be physically fit, adept at long days, and capable of on-call duties in a bush environment. Prior experience with Word/Excel and digital reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum hospitality experience is essential.
• Experience in lodge, safari camp, or guest-facing roles is advantageous.
• Previous team leadership/supervisory experience is required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are critical.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel and email is expected.
• Ability to manage administration and reporting tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement under pressure.
