Key Responsibilities

• Assign routes to drivers, ensuring clear communication of schedules, manifests, and special instructions.
• Monitor driver progress throughout the day using GPS tracking and communication tools, providing real‑time support and adjustments as needed.
• Respond promptly to driver queries and assist in resolving delivery issues, such as traffic delays, vehicle problems, or customer access challenges.
• Analyze route performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency and delivery times.
• Collaborate with the logistics management team to implement new strategies and technologies for route optimization.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, delivery times, and driver performance.

Requirements
