Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics qualifications are a plus.
• Experience in logistics coordination or fleet management is essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Proficiency with logistics software and route optimization tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily activities for remote drivers, ensuring optimal route planning.
• Monitor driver performance and adherence to schedules using telematics and communications.
• Act as main contact for drivers and resolve logistical challenges in real time.
• Maintain records of driver assignments, delivery progress and metrics.
• Communicate across dispatch and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze delivery data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
